Should I take amino acids before or after my workout?

If you are taking Branched Chain amino acids, you take half the dosage 30 to 45 minutes before weight training and the other half within 45 minutes after training. About 35% of your muscle contains the Branched Chain Amino Acids and can be depleted after intense weight training, so you want to replenish them for repair. Take Amino acids throughout the day with food.
