Muscle sparing L-Taurine and L-Glutamine.
Chromium polynicotinate & Vanadyl sulfate.
Sodium to enhance creatine absorption.

Directions for Use: Blend (1) scoop (50 grams) or 4 heaping tablespoons of Phosmax™ powder into (12-16) ounces of water and stir until completely dissolved. Drink immediately, while ingredients are fully suspended in liquid. Phosmax™ is most effective when used 30-60 minutes before or immediately after intense workouts and training sessions.
