What multi-vitamin do you recommend for a menopausal woman? I currently take a comparable to Centrum Silver. I understand that Folic Acid is not recommended at this later age. I also take a calcium with vitamin D supplement. I did not see such a vitamin on the website, only a pre-menopausal vitamin...

I have been reading a lot about the benefits of red yeast rice. What is the proper daily dosage for the supplement? How can one be sure of the contents in red yeast rice supplements? How long have you been selling this product?
